FOOD AT THE PLOUGH
Serving Times
Currently The Plough serves food on Wednesday and Thursday from 6pm until 9pm and on Sunday Lunchtimes from about 1pm. All food is prepared in The Plough’s kitchen by the resident cook, Jackie.
Weekdays
If you fancy home-cooked Lasagne, Vegetable Quiche, Ham Egg and Chips or even Fillet Steak, The Plough provides a good selection to suit most tastes. Portions come in one size – large, although children’s portions can be requested. And the price is good, most meals being around the £5 mark.
Sundays
Sunday Lunch is always popular, with meals often selling out quickly so it’s best to either come early or reserve a meal in advance. There is usually a good choice of meats on the menu and never forgetting the Vegetarian options.
